Ken
spent 23 years in Silicon Valley’s High Tech Industry as an Executive in
sales and operations.
For the past 10 Years, Ken has worked with the Masters in Peak
Performance and personally coached hundreds of Business Owners and
Entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance and success.
Before The Healing Codes, Ken was Chief Operating Officer for the
largest Personal Development seminar company in North America.
Ken’s intense study of the issues related to personal and peak
performance has lead him to the understanding of the role that sub and
unconscious programming plays in the equation, and ultimately to the
solution that The Healing Codes offer.

Dr. Loyd is the founder of The Healing Codes
process and his 12 year search to find a cure for his wife Tracy’s
clinical depression is well documented.
That 12 year journey lead Dr. Loyd to his Doctorate in Psychology, a
successful private practice, and ultimately to the discovery of The
Healing Codes.
Since the discovery of “The Codes” in 2001 Dr. Loyd has dedicated his
life to the education of, and propagation of, The Healing Codes through
Seminars and Self-study courses offered to the general public.

Larry Napier
has been Dr. Loyd’s mentor for 19 years. His “Rediscovery of The Heart”
Seminars have enlightened audiences worldwide since 1984. Uniting “The
Mentor” and “The Prodigy” with the support of a world-class management
team is the essence of “The Healing Codes Institute.” Larry started his
marketing career at 21 by becoming the youngest qualifier to the
prestigious Life Insurance “Million-dollar Roundtable.”
At 24 Larry was the top
distributor for the Worldwide Direct Sales Leader. Following a
“Spiritual Awakening” at 26, in 1969 Larry became a dedicated student of
Ancient Hebrew Scriptures and began what has become a life-time study,
teaching and consulting to both individuals and companies. Larry’s
understanding on “The Spiritual Heart” has given him rare insights that
relate to “Living from the Heart” as well as “Branding, Marketing and
Positioning” companies for The Global Economy.
