The Third
Dimension Compensation Plan.
60 years ago a multi-billion dollar
industry was birthed by the discovery that a TWO DIMENSIONAL
compensation model has greater economic potential than ONE DIMENSIONAL
models; that Addition and Multiplication will produce greater rewards
than addition alone. It is believe that this THREE DIMENSIONAL Business
Method invention will affect an even greater paradigm shift than it
predecessor.
This invention addresses the inherent flaw in The Business Method of a
60-year old multi-billion dollar industry. It is now well established
that 97% of the independent distributors who participate in multi-level
sales companies fail to earn money while 3% of the top recruiters get
the lion share of the money. This is in drastic contrast to “the 80/20
Rule” taught in business schools world-wide as The Praeto Principle.
The heart of every Network Marketing Company is the specific math
process that is used to compensate distributors. Regardless of the
product or service the compensation opportunity is the “real business.”
The Business Method of Multi-level Industry is the realization
that the entire MLM world uses various TWO DIMENSIONAL math models
attempting to somehow gain the competitive edge wrestling with the
problems inherent in a TWO DIMENSIONAL Business Method. The historical
conflict has been where to place the emphasis. Fixed Pay Levels are more
rewarding for the part-time masses and Production Volumes are more
lucrative for the professional recruiters; thus an unsolvable TWO
DIMENSIONAL math conflict.
The major advantage of the Fixed Pay Levels Model is that each person is
assured of some remuneration on the organizational production of those
they sponsor. The drawback is the limitation on the earning potential
because of the large number of people who can be positioned below the
levels on which monies are paid.
Most MLM companies favor Production Volume pay systems. This system
allows ALL of the more significant producers to “breakaway” from their
unfortunate sponsors. Even professionals who recruit a few peers are
surprised by the realities of these Math Flaws when those peers make
their final breakaway at or near the same time.
No Two Dimensional Structures of any kind can be as fair, stable and
productive as The Third Dimension Business Method Model.
We live in a mathematical world, controlled by mathematical law. The
entire physical universe is three-dimensional, there are no exceptions!
In the world that we touch and feel, nothing two-dimensional works! This
is why historical marketing plans are flawed.
The Solution to a Major 60 Year Old
Problem
1st Dimension: Personal sales. Retail commissions
2nd Dimension: Uni-level, Immediate overrides on the sales and
multiplication of others.
3rd Dimension: Multiple “Infinity Binary Pay-fields.”
Binary Math is the math of life, nuclear energy and computer science. It
produces a Business Method with massive reach across over-lapping
“Infinity Pay-fields.”
A former assistant Attorney-General of Tennessee, (who brought all the
actions in TN. to date against Multi-level companies), was paid a
substantial fee to review this plan. He called it the most equitable he
had ever seen.
The Philosophy
The breakthrough of this compensation
plan comes from understanding that the laws of geometry determine what
math looks like in action. If math models do not conform to “pure
geometry” they produce flawed structures that leave out the masses by
design. Ignorance of this truth makes it impossible to solve the
conflict between what the Professional Recruiters demand and what the
non-professional’s need. This conflict is impossible to resolve in any
two dimensional structure.
The simplest definition of geometry is “the study of points, lines,
planes and cubes.” Any repeated action can be plotted on a graft and its
math visually displayed, i.e., its geometry studied. In a compensation
structure this is very easy to do.
The Business Method Structure
Fruitfulness: (1st dimension). The
compensation on 1st dimension activity is for retail commissions. Each
distributors 1st sale creates a point on the geometric graft. Each
additional sale creates another point connected to the previous point.
Additional personal sales which will produce a “line” that gets longer
with each sale. Points make LINES.
Multiplication: (2nd dimension). The 2nd dimension compensations are
overrides on the fruitfulness and the multiplication of those you
personally sponsor. Each distributor can sponsor other distributors. One
person creating a line of personal production can over-ride an
organization of other “Lines of production.” When these “connected”
individual lines are added to each other they produce a geometric plane.
Pure geometry requires every person to be able to receive over-ride
commissions on the Fruitfulness and the Multiplication of everyone they
sponsor to create a “True Plane.” All other rules are mathematically
flawed. Lines make PLANES.
Dominion: (3rd dimension). The 3rd dimension allows every qualified
distributor to override the activity of scores of fellow distributors to
theoretical infinity. Each distributor can activate a Third Dimension of
Income by sponsoring three or more personal distributors. This 3rd
dimension creates “True Infinity” pay-fields that cannot be blocked.
This compensation produces a geometric cube. Planes stacked upon planes.
Planes make CUBES.
The Third Dimension is a new compensation Business Method that solves
the problems inherent in all Two Dimensional methods. It’s
mathematically superior for the masses as well as for the professionals
as well. It is in fact the invention of a previously undiscovered
compensation structure.
The Three Different Math Movements
are as follows:
The First Dimension (Addition):
One person who makes a continual number of retail sales creates this
math movement.
Effect: Each distributor earns retail commissions.
The Second Dimension (Multiplication): This allows everyone to be
paid on the production and the multiplication of everyone they sponsor.
The industry calls this structure a uni-level. Uni-levels would normally
be five to seven levels. (In a uni-level every person on one level who
sponsors another person creates a new pay-field in the next level down).
The Third Dimension (Exponents): This Movement creates pay cubes.
Each person’s first two people, doubling to theoretical infinity, goes
in the first cube that they occupy. The first cube for each individual
begins when he sponsors his third person. It is not possible to have
Third Dimension income on the first two people sponsor or any of the
activity underneath them. An unlimited number of people can appear in a
first cube. The number of pay-fields in the cubes will be based on the
funds available from the products or services offered. Five to Seven
pay-fields would be required. (In the Third Dimension every third person
from a new person creates a new “infinity pay-field” in the adjacent
“infinity pay-field”)
Effect: Each distributor is paid The First Cube overrides on every
person that they personally sponsor beginning with their third person.
This first cube override also includes The First Two People sponsored by
every person in the first cube. The first two people of every person in
the first cube will remain in the first cube with their first cube
sponsor. This creates a doubling action of unlimited height which allows
a non professional person to experience professional rewards. When each
person sponsors a third person, a new cube begins.
Each distributor in placed into BOTH of these separate structures. After
commissions are calculated separately they are added together to
determine the total compensation earned.
To summarize: Computers calculate commissions of the desired
number of levels in the Second Dimension. Each pay-field will have a
different SS#. The formula . . . every new person goes on the next level
below his sponsor. Sponsors can have as many people on his or her first
level as they are capable of sponsoring. Level sponsors are direct.
The Computer is programmed to calculate commissions of the desired
number of cubes in the Third Dimension. The formula is every third
person and beyond unlimited width goes in the cube next to their cube
sponsor. Cube sponsors may or may not be direct sponsors.
Compensation may be paid on as many levels and cubes as the company
deems to be in the best interest of the participants. The breakthrough
of the Third Dimension is not based on a specified number of levels or
cubes or the percentage of compensation assigned to each.
Another Previously Unknown Compensation Feature
Guarantees the best possible result for everyone in the Business Method
Model . . . It’s called
Rotation
Rotation is used to make sure that
everyone that qualifies for the 3rd dimension cubes will have regular
“Infinity Income” from their strongest legs. Since it is not possible to
receive “True Infinity Income” on the first two people sponsored we use
rotation to eliminate the incentive to “beat the math” by placing weak
people in the first two positions. One week after an individual
sponsors a third person the computer will automatically move the 1st
person and their entire organization into the third position, the second
person moves into the first position and the third person moves into the
second position. This rotation will be sequential each week. Obviously
the more people that an individual personally sponsors the longer they
have their strongest legs in their “Infinity Pay-fields.”
Each new person sponsored takes the last position in the 3rd dimension
structure. The new person is the last person in line to move
sequentially out of the “Infinity pay-field.”
This compensation structure has been designed from the bottom-up to be
the Most Fair, and the most Lucrative that is mathematically possible.
The concept of Network Marketing is the greatest concept in the history
of the world. The problem is that the math does not work for the masses.
The reason is very simple, it’s impossible to solve the conflict that
exist between what the professional recruiters demand and the
non-professionals need in any two dimensional structure.
The demands of “big money” from the professionals result in plans with
production qualifiers; which often block beginners from getting paid.
This top-down mentality is patently unfair, and fool-hearted No-one
needs instant gratification more than the person just starting. Most
beginners need “personal proof” that the business works, and nothing
proves it better than personal check’s. Our math model utilizes a uni-level
to reward beginners immediately and two additional features that
maximizes their future profits with total fairness.
This plan has no flaws. It creates the greatest opportunity for everyone
involved that is mathematically possible.
